Sunflower Honey
Color changes from yellow to brown as per days after extraction.The sunflower honey has fast crystallization property. Sunflower honey tastes like jaggery so many people confused with this. Pollen and fructose content- It’s very high pollen & less fructose in sunflower honey.
It is unifloral honey.
Acacia Honey
Source is Yellow Acacia Flowers, Consistency is Smooth, moderately runny., color Light golden. and taste Mild and fragrant with distinct vanilla notes.Acacia honey is a mono-floral honey and has a very low sucrose content and a high fructose level, so it is the best choice for diabetics as an alternative to sugar. It is known for its therapeutic qualities because it cleanses the liver, conditions the intestines and improves digestion due to strong antibacterial properties.
